Who we are

Westcliff Realty ("we", "us") runs this website to help buyers, including Non-Resident Indians in the United States, buy homes in Godrej Properties and Brigade Group projects in India. We are an authorised channel partner of Godrej Properties and Brigade Group and are based in the United Arab Emirates.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Contact us at info@westcliffnri.com with any question about it.

What we collect

• Details you give us in a form: your name, phone number, email address, preferred time for a call, and the project or document you asked about.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it.
• Your approximate location (country and nearest city), which our hosting provider derives from your internet connection. Your browser uses it only to show the property show nearest you; we do not store it unless you submit a form, when your nearest metro area is included with your enquiry.
• How you reached us: the page you landed on, the referring website, advertising campaign details in the link (such as utm tags and Google or Meta click IDs) and your device's time zone. This is stored in your browser for up to 90 days so we know which advert or page brought you to us.
• Cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, which measure visits and the results of our advertising.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send the price lists, floor plans and other information you request.
• To arrange calls, video walkthroughs and site visits.
• To pass your enquiry or booking to the developer of the project (Godrej Properties or Brigade Group) so they can process it.
• To send you updates about other projects, only if you have agreed to be contacted.
• To understand which pages and adverts work, and to meet our legal obligations.

Content from other websites

Project photos, floor plans and brochures are loaded from the developers' servers (Godrej Properties and Brigade Group), and maps from Google Maps. Project videos come from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and load only after you press play. Like any website, these services receive your internet address and browser details when your browser loads their content.

Calls, text messages and WhatsApp

We call, text or WhatsApp you only if you tick the consent box on one of our forms or contact us yourself. Giving consent is not a condition of buying any property. Messages may be sent using automated technology, and message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, tell us on a call or WhatsApp, or email info@westcliffnri.com. We act on opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days at the latest.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The developer of the project you ask about (Godrej Properties or Brigade Group), to process your enquiry, site visit or booking.
• FormSubmit, which delivers the forms on this website to our email inbox.
• Our email, phone and WhatsApp providers, to communicate with you.
• Google (Google Sheets), where we keep a backup copy of enquiries.
• Google Analytics, to measure our website and advertising.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Where your information is processed

We work with buyers in the United States and India from the United Arab Emirates. Your information may be processed in those countries and wherever our service providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are helping you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Records of your consent to be contacted, and of any request to stop contacting you, are kept for five years after our last contact, so we can show that we respected your choices. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and US state privacy laws, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you or stop using it for marketing
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you (India)

Email info@westcliffnri.com to make a request. We will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security

This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
